About the experience

You will take part in a virtual business environment that immerse your teams in a fast-track learning situation where they see the change and understand what it means for their role. With over 1 million simulations experienced globally, G2G3’s award-winning simulations clearly communicate the case for change and create shared understanding to help drive transformation success.

The G2G3 simulations are role-based workshops that use game dynamics to empower your teams to work together, to experience the transformational impact of your new ways of working, find solutions for themselves, and learn from the results.

How does it work

The G2G3 simulations are based on an experiential learning cycle created by psychologist and educational theorist Dr David Kolb. The learning cycle gives participants the experience of what it’s like to run your business, plan and test various process changes, and learn from the results.

Participants are divided into different teams where they run the business, develop and release new products, map the value delivered to customers, and test the results.

The G2G3 software tracks the business’s performance in real time, recording the in-room choices and actions to provide valuable metrics that enable them to discuss and evaluate their work. They will experience chaos, a lack of visibility and slow response times. They will see the need for change and be encouraged to find ways to enhance the system. Then we do it all again.
